Will Russell is the Senior Pastor of Bono Baptist Church. He has served here since 2018. He has been in ministry for over twenty years. He holds a Bachelor's degree. His family includes wife Christi, and kids: Fisher, Maggie, & Tate. He has a passion for teaching biblical truth, discipleship, and pastoral care.

Dustin has been in ministry for twelve years. His ministry passions are teaching the Bible and Apologetics. His family includes wife, Ashley, and kids: Joshua & Josiah. He holds a Masters degree in Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He works outside the church full-time in commercial sales.

Worship Pastor
Kyle has been the worship leader at BBC for recent years and was more recently named Worship Pastor to formalize his calling in the church. He has a passion for leading God's people to the throne room of God through praise & worship. His family includes his wife, Haley, and kids: Hattie and Karter. He works outside the church full-time as an orthopedic Physician's Assistant (PA).
